
Ingredients
- 150ml olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 small ripe bananasmashed
- 100g almond meal
- 350g rolled oats
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a 20x20cm baking tray with baking paper
- In a small saucepan on a low heat melt the honey and add the olive oil once melted
- Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the remaining ingredients. Thoroughly combine and then pour the mixture into the baking tray and spread evenly
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Cut into medium sized portions and eat.
